Optional: Extra sharing permission

Yes, the collective may share my work on its own social media and public materials. This is separate from the website publication permission described under “Your rights” — ticking this box does not publish anything here. It covers only this collective’s own public materials: social media, awareness graphics, presentations, and related materials. I retain copyright and ownership of my work. This permission is optional and does not affect whether my work is considered for the website.

Before you share

Every work is read and reviewed before publication. Submitting does not guarantee publication, and not every piece will be published. Your work stays private while it is under review.

A collection just beginning

We are gathering the first poems, stories, photographs and artwork now, with care and one voice at a time. Early contributors help shape what this collection becomes.

Not ready to submit yet? You can tell us you’re interested, or ask a question first, through the Contact page.

Your rights

You retain ownership and copyright of your work. By submitting it, you give The Bahar Collective permission to review and, if accepted, publish it on this website and promote The Bahar Collective and its website.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your work or authorize its sale, licensing, merchandise use, or other commercial reuse. Those uses require your separate permission.

What we store

Only what you share through this form: your pen name (if any), optional email, optional date, the work itself, any images you upload and their descriptions, and your consent choices with the date you made them. We never ask for your real name or where you live. Submissions and images are stored privately, readable only by an admin.

Withdrawal

You can ask for your work to be withdrawn or deleted at any time. Just send a request through the Contact page with your title and submission reference.

What's welcome

Poetry, writing, stories, visual art and photography: original creative work in any style is welcome. We don't publish work that encourages violence or hatred, or anything that could put a person at risk.
